The Global Defense System is the result of the study of several martial arts and combat sports. It is not a new style but a concept that focuses on open-mindedness in practice.
Staying compartmentalized in a practice can be very harmful during a fight because no discipline contains all the aspects of the fight.
In this "Cross Training with bare hands" video, we will see a global approach to work trying to give a guiding idea more than frozen techniques because adaptability remains of paramount importance in combat.
The concept of distance plays an important role as well as movements.
